For Patients

Search & book

Find a hospital or doctor near you, pick an available slot, and book — the consultation fee and any platform fee are shown upfront before you pay.

Pay securely

Pay online at booking time, or pay at the hospital for a walk-in booked by reception. A GST-compliant invoice is generated automatically for paid appointments.

Check in

Scan the doctor's check-in QR code at the hospital, or let reception check you in — you'll get a token number.

Track your queue position

Watch your live position and estimated wait time from your phone, or on the waiting-room TV display.

Manage your family's records

Keep profiles, medical history, allergies and insurance details for yourself and dependents in one place, so hospitals and doctors have what they need without repeating paperwork.

For Hospitals

Get onboarded

A UABS Sales Partner registers your hospital on the platform (Draft → Submitted → Approved → Active).

Add doctors & staff

Register your doctors, set their weekly availability and leave, and create reception staff accounts.

Run your queue

Set up TVs and queues, assign doctors (with room/floor/building), and let reception manage check-ins and walk-ins from one screen.

Get paid

Payouts are batched and settled monthly, with a statement showing every appointment/payment behind the total.

For Doctors

Set your availability

Define your weekly schedule and mark leave — patients can only book against real open slots.

Manage appointments

Confirm, reschedule or reject bookings, and see each patient's medical history and insurance details before the visit.

Update your live status

Toggle Available / On Break / In Surgery / On Leave so reception and patients always know where you are.

For Reception & Staff

Check patients in

Walk-in, appointment, or self-check-in by QR code — every check-in issues a token automatically.

Run the queue board

Advance tokens as each patient is served; the waiting-room TV and patients' phones update live.
